The challenge
Reporting preparation involved collecting documents, comparing versions, validating status, and creating working files for review. The work was slow and it was difficult to see exactly what happened and when.
What we built
We built an automation that:
- gathers the relevant source material on schedule
- flags missing files, inconsistencies, and exceptions
- keeps an audit trail for each step
- prepares a structured review list for the final human decision
Why it worked
The automation did not try to replace professional judgment. It removed repetitive prep work and made the reporting trail far easier to trust.
